In November 2016, Yosemite Clinic (YC) the first independent ambulatory surgery center in China is established in Pudong, Shanghai. Before the Chinese new year of 2017, the newly established Yosemite Clinic announced the completion of the first round of financing. The investors include Legend Capital, Milestone Asset and Concepta Investments.
After the first round of financing, YC’s funding allows it to keep developing and expanding, especially in the area of ambulatory surgery service and urgent care services.
The lead investor Legend Capital has over 10 years of experience in the medical field. In 2010, they have built a a investment team focusing on the healthcare sector. They have invested 50 medical projects with a total scale of 400 million US dollars in the past 8 years.
